AUSTRALIA

two.one delivers nationwide with Australia Post for a flat fee of $10

Orders placed before 12pm will be shipped same day or the following business day if purchased over the weekend or a public holiday, (please allow an additional 1-2 business days during peak and promotional periods). You will receive confirmation email once your order leaves our warehouse.

  • Note tracking is generally available within 24hours of shipment

All parcels require a signature upon delivery & must be signed for. Should you elect to have your parcel left in a safe place by Australia Post TWO POINT ONE is not responsible if the parcel is lost or stolen.


INTERNATIONAL

two.one delivers international orders via Australia Post for a flat fee of $40

Orders placed before 12pm will be shipped same day or the following business day if purchased over the weekend or a public holiday, (please allow an additional 1-2 business days during peak and promotional periods). You will receive confirmation email once your order leaves our warehouse.

All parcels require a signature upon delivery. If the address provided is unattended, an attempted delivery card will be left or Australia Post will contact you directly via email.

  • Please note the postal fee does not include any possible taxes or duties that may be applied by customs depending the on the destination country. It is the responsibility of the recipient to pay these charges and in turn should you choose to return your order, two.one is unable to refund these charges.

RETURNS

two.one strives to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. We want you to be happy with what you have orders. If something isn’t right, let us know. We’ll send you another colour, size, or an entirely different style. Email us your questions to enquiries@twopointone.com.au and we’ll respond during business hours.

We offer free returns & exchanges on all orders subject to the following conditions:

  • We offer store credit or Exchange only on SALE items. We do not offer refunds on SALE items unless deemed faulty.
  • The item must be unworn, unwashed and have the original tags still attached
  • You must obtain a return ID number and include with your order.
